There was no shortage of treats at our nursing homes this Easter despite the current challenging environment.
The Easter Bunny paid a visit to deliver a batch of Easter Eggs with great excitement across some of our homes 🐣 Capturing smiles and reactions on our residents’ faces, the delivery lifted the spirits of both our care teams and residents.
Lots of homes also had lovely gestures of kindness from local businesses such as Dingle Distillery supplying Ocean View with hand sanitiser and a local floral company, Yesca’s Flowers delivering gorgeous bunches of tulips.
Our busy activity teams entertained residents (while maintaining physical distancing through smaller groups) by making beautiful Easter decorations.
And as it was such a beautiful weekend too, many residents also enjoyed time outdoors in the gardens of our nursing homes, while being mindful of physical distancing.
As always, the health and wellbeing of our residents and staff is our utmost priority. We are monitoring developments closely around the Covid-19 public health situation and continue to implement all measures necessary across our homes prioritising health and safety.
